Access is typically provided for a period of 12-months from the date of purchase.
Yes! Every student who attends or completes a course will be issued with a certificate of attendance for PD purposes.
The number of points earned will depend upon the length of the course and whether a huddle was completed. Professional development points available for individual courses or events will be quoted at the time of application and purchase.
Certificates of completion will only be issued to enrolled students who complete the specific course prerequisites. If a huddle is added, attendance records will be taken and participation reflected in the overall points awarded to students.
Huddles are an optional extra that can be purchased with many of our courses*.
For a small additional fee, you can buy a live, 30 minute webinar with your instructor (conducted via Zoom or Teams) to obtain immediate feedback and review of the material covered in your purchased course.
This provides a great opportunity to explore and discuss any questions or queries you may have about the material or exercises provided in your course. It creates a fantastic space for your team or group (who have undergone the training) to meet and discuss the material together along with your instructor!
[*Note: only 1 huddle per course can typically be purchased. Huddles are not available for The PIM (on-demand public course).
PD points can be earned from attendance at a huddle, conditional upon evidence that the student is enrolled in the relevant course, has met its requirements and has attended the full huddle session].
Private courses typically refer to on-demand courses that are curated or tailored for your organization*. Once purchased, they are accessible only to you and your enrolled team members (i.e. students from your organisation or business).
This allows you to freely share information, comments, observations and learnings within your own team - tailoring the online training to suit your particular needs.
[*Note: The PIM on-demand course is , by default, a public course. It can, however, be tailored and delivered as a private on-demand course on request. It can also be delivered in a live format either as a workshop or webinar].
Courses are priced on a per seat basis, with discounts typically given to larger group enrolments and multiple course purchases.
Prices will be quoted on application, given they will vary depending upon the number of students to be enrolled and the volume of courses purchased.
Single 'seats' are not typically available for purchase - EXCEPT for The PIM (on demand course).
A small additional fee will apply if a "huddle" is purchased in addition to any course.

The PIM Tool is a program that is exclusively available to students who have enrolled in The PIM course.
Once students have completed that course, (and are signed in to our site), the PIM Tool is accessible via the PIM Tool tab located on the header/toolbar of our homepage

Not at this time. But we can come to you and provide in-person training at your premises or at a location that best suits your team.
We prefer to host webinars over Zoom as it allows for the flexibility to use breakout rooms and other interactive tools and apps in our training. However we also use Microsoft Teams if that is your preferred option!
